- Small Attachments in U.S. Stock (e.g., buckets, rakes): We ship within 3 business days via FedEx or USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days.
- Large Machines & Heavy Attachments in U.S. Stock (e.g., full machines, large breakers): Due to size and weight, these are shipped via truck freight. Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 7–14 business days.
- Custom Machines & Large Attachments: These are built-to-order at our factory in China and shipped globally primarily by sea freight. Delivery time depends on order quantity, destination port, and production schedule.
We offer multi-channel sea shipping routes covering major global ports to ensure safe delivery of your equipment:
- Flat Rack Container: Suitable for irregular and oversized cargo like crawler excavators.
- Open Top Container: Ideal for extra-tall or over-height equipment that requires top loading.
- Ro-Ro & Breakbulk Shipping: Used for whole vehicles, heavy pieces, and non-containerized goods. We can arrange full charter or partial shipment based on your timeline.
We also assist with export compliance, including customs clearance and certificate of origin. For certain countries, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service for door-to-door delivery.

- U.S. Stock Items: We offer a 7-day no-hassle return policy. If the product is unused and in its original packaging, you may request a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Custom Products: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are generally not eligible for returns. However, we ensure all custom products meet agreed quality standards and are covered by a full warranty.
- Technical Support: All products include 1 year of free online technical support. Our expert team is available to remotely assist with any operational issues.
