Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ATTACHXPRO MACH. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality mini excavators and exceptional service. Due to the high-value and customized nature of our products, all sales are FINAL unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Please inspect your equipment upon receipt immediately. We strongly recommend taking videos and photos of the unboxing and initial startup process. This evidence is crucial for any future claims.

 


 

1. Eligibility & Time Frame

· Returns/Replacements for Defects (Quality Issues):
You may request a return or replacement within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the product. This only applies if the equipment has a manufacturing defect or major functional failure that is not caused by improper operation, mishandling, or accidental damage. All claims must be verified and approved by our technical team.

Wrong or Missing Items:
If you receive wrong or missing items/parts, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery. Please provide photos or videos as proof. We will ship the correct parts to you at no cost as soon as possible.


 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following situations are NOT eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper operation, lack of maintenance, or accidental damage.

· Products that have been altered, repaired, or modified by anyone not authorized by us.

· Products that are not in their original condition, with severe wear and tear, or are missing serial numbers.

Problems or damages caused during shipping by the customer-arranged carrier (if you chose your own freight option).

Please note: Customized or specially ordered products (e.g., specific brands of engines, unusual configurations) cannot be returned unless they are defective.

3. Return Process

Contact Us: Immediately email us at yijingzhang80@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and clear videos/photos as evidence.

Technical Assessment: Our technical team will review your claim and may guide you through some basic troubleshooting steps. We reserve the right to send a local technician to inspect the equipment.
Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Shipping Back: The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We highly recommend using insured freight and keeping the tracking number. We are not liable for equipment lost or damaged during return transit.

 


 

4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned equipment, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

· If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the error was due to our fault.

For replacement orders, we will ship the new unit after confirming the return shipment.
