At ATTACHXPRO MACH, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all mini excavators to most countries worldwide. We believe in transparent pricing, so the price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden fees.

1. Shipping Areas & Carriers We ship globally from our warehouse in China.

We partner with leading international ocean and air freight carriers to ensure your equipment arrives safely and efficiently.

 

Note: Free shipping may not be available in a few remote regions. Please contact us to confirm before ordering.

 

2. Processing Time

After payment confirmation, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, inspection, and packaging.

 

For custom-configured machines, processing time may be longer. We will notify you in advance.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

 

To provide you with free shipping, we primarily use Sea Freight for its balance of cost and reliability.

Estimated Sea Freight Delivery: 20-50 business days after shipment. Time varies by destination (e.g., faster to seaports, longer to inland cities).

 

Air Freight Upgrade: Available upon request for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote.

Please Note: These are estimates. Delays due to customs, weather, or holidays are beyond our control.

 

4. What's Included in Free Shipping?

Our free shipping includes all costs from our warehouse to your nearest major port or logistics hub.

 

This covers: ocean/air freight, fuel surcharges, and basic export documentation.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Important: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are NOT included in the free shipping offer.

 

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by your local customs authorities.

 

We will properly declare the shipment value as required. We are not liable for any charges levied by your country.

 

We recommend you contact your local customs office to estimate potential costs before purchasing.

 

6. Tracking and Receiving Your Order

Once shipped, we will email you the tracking details and carrier information.

Inspection Upon Delivery is REQUIRED:

 

Check the packaging for any obvious damage before signing.

 

We highly recommend recording a video of the entire unboxing process. This is crucial evidence for filing any freight damage claims.

 

If the package is severely damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us AND the carrier immediately.
